The closest small town of Sommiers stems from Roman times & the main road bridge in town crossing the river Vidourle dates from this time. A visit to the Saturday market & eating out here are well worth the effort.
The Vidourle river offers a lovely slow canoe trip. You can start in Sommiers(above) or further upstream. This mill is your finishing point.
